This is not a course. It’s not group coaching in the usual sense. And it’s not designed to scale.

It’s a place to practice orientation together, when the old ways of navigating no longer quite fit.
Why this exists
Many capable, thoughtful people reach a moment where the strategies that once worked still function — but feel increasingly costly. Clarity feels forced rather than earned. Reflection alone no longer brings traction.

What’s often missing isn’t insight. It’s shared sense-making — a space where orientation can deepen through contact, not performance.
