Leadership Team Coaching

Schedule a complimentary exploratory call with me.

⏶ I will meet with you and the team before the coaching sessions to learn about each member, the team's health, issues, etc.

⏶ I will provide a proposal for the coaching, whether an individual session or a series.

⏶ Individual coaching to supplant or follow the team coaching is possible as needed.

⏶ Follow-up meeting with my feedback, suggested next steps, and things to watch out for going forward.
